Annual Chamber Events
* DUE TO COVID-19 some of our events are on hold until we can celebrate together safely. However, we are currently planning on holding our annual Chowder Day event for 2022.
Chowder Day Competition
Who has the best chowder?
Every January, the Bodega Bay Area Chamber of Commerce hosts a chowder competition with our local restaurants. This charitable fundraiser helps us support our businesses and local community all year long.
Every March, the Bodega Bay Area Chamber of Commerce hosts a film festival that is all about Alfred Hitchcock. Come watch his films with us and partake in the other Hitchcock themed activities and talks.
Our newest annual event is a comedy show featuring Vicki Barbolak and accompanying local comedians. Laugh, eat, drink and help fundraise for our local fire department and emergency services.
Due to environmental concerns we have transitioned away from large firework displays and pivoted toward celebratory activities that honor our history while protecting our land and ocean. Join us on the coast for this fun holiday that is sure to be cool in both activities and weather.
Other Local Annual Events
Every year we take a whole weekend to celebrate our fishing heritage, our fisherman and our love of seafood. We end our boat parade with a blessing of the fleet so our fisherman may have a bountiful and safe year of fishing. Come partake in the live music, parades, food, drink and festivities galore.
