Sonoma County Take Out Eat In restaurant campaign 

o   Consumers are encouraged to post photos of themselves enjoying their favorite Sonoma County take out, using the hashtag #SCTakeOutEatIn

o   Each week, Sonoma County Winegrowers will choose a photo and contact the poster for a prize. The prize will include a Sonoma County gift bag.

o   Sonoma County Tourism is incorporating this logo into a sign that they will be distributing through the Chambers to different restaurants, so the restaurant can identify whether they are open for take out, delivery, curb-side pick-up, etc.

For assistance with layoffs and layoff mitigation, the Sonoma County Job Link Business Services hotline number is (707) 565-8079 and email is joblinkbusinessgroup@schsd.org.  This hotline and e-mail are staffed during the Shelter in Place.  Be aware that due to call volume, you may need to leave a message.  All calls Monday-Friday will be returned within 24 hours.

Businesses can begin applying for FEMA Disaster Assistance while we await a disaster declaration to release these funds.​

Facebook is offering $100 million in cash grants and advertising credits to help small businesses during this time.

California State Tax Deadline has been extended. This relief includes moving the various tax filing and payment deadlines that occur on March 15, 2020 through June, 15 2020 to June 15, 2020.  This includes: Partnerships and LLCs who are taxed as partnerships whose tax returns are due on March 15 now have a 90-day extension to file and pay by June 15.

James Beard Foundation started a Food and Beverage Industry Relief Fund to provide micro-grants to independent food and beverage small businesses in need.

Opportunity Fund, which specializes in money lending to small businesses owned by women, immigrants and people of color, is collaborating with investors and nonprofits to put together a coronavirus relief fund that will provide grants and low-interest rate loans to business owners in need.
