Chowder Day Vendor Application
Date: Chowder Day will be on January 27th, 2018
Tickets: Tickets will go on sale December 1st, 2017.
Ticket Cost: Tickets will be $12 ea.
Total tickets sale is 1,500.
Vendors must be a Bodega Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Member In Good Standing.
Must cook chowder in a commercial kitchen.
Must provide enough chowder for 1500 tastings.
You may apply for eligibility for both the Restaurant Critic Award & People's Choice Award or just the People's Choice Award.
To qualify for Restaurant Critic Award Chowder submitted must be on the menu for up to 6 months after event.
Restaurant Critic Award Judging:
Restaurant Critic Award will be judged by food critic. Food critic will visit the establishment unannounced and will taste the chowder under the same conditions as the public. They will award a first, second and third prize. They are only judging the chowder.
The results will be announced simultaneously on the website and Facebook at noon on Thursday February 1st 2018 . The results will only show the top 3 in each award category.
