Chamber Member Showcase:
I am a full-time resident of Bodega Bay since 2014, and a prolific scenic and bird life photographer as well as community photojournalist. I am fortunate to live where I can capture the beauty, activity, and wildlife of the Sonoma Coast.
In my 50+ years of photographic experience, I graduated Syracuse University with a BA in advertising design, served as a US Navy photographer, and was a multimedia producer for Memorex Corp in CA. For 27 years I was the director and photographer of Hershey Multimedia Inc. in San Francisco.
Current projects include “Faces of Bodega Bay”— an environmental portrait journal, the photo documentary “Crab Fishing on the Annabelle,” and a visual compilation of coastal experiences —“ShoreLines & ShoreBirds.”
My passion has always been photographing with a journalist’s eye. Catching the peak action of the moment is what challenges and energizes me. A bird in flight, a cresting wave, and the changing moods of the Pacific are constant inspirations for my mind’s eye.
